Competenta in obtinerea eficienata si analiza datelor financiare, identificarea tendintelor, riscurilor si oportunitatilor

Capacitatea de a transpune date financiare in formate logice si modele financiare

Capacitatea de intelegere a serviciilor si modelelor de business ale companiei

Excelente abilitati de lucru in Excel; cunostintele despre baze de date, PowerBI, IT skills - constiuie un avantaj

Acuratete si atentie la detalii

Foarte bune cunostinte si abilitati de prezentare si comunicare a informatiilor financiare, intr-un mod clar si usor de inteles

Capacitatea de a organiza eficient sarcinile si de a respecta termenele limita

Responsabiliati

Bugetare si analiza financiara

Definirea si comunicarea procedurilor privind pregatirea, actualizarea si monitorizarea bugetului

Transpunerea si actualizarea in sistemele informatice a structurilor de venituri, cheltuieli, efort, pentru acomodarea cerintelor de raportare legala si de bussines (de ex: centre de cost, profit, departamente, linii de business, proiecte, servicii)

Coordonarea procesului anual de bugetare

Pregatirea template-urilor de buget pentru departamente si consolidat

Pregatirea dashboard-urilor pentru indicatorii financiari, la nivel de departament si consolidat

Consolidarea bugetelor departamentale

Monitorizarea, analiza si raportarea variatiilor bugetare si a inficatorilor financiari pe departamente si total companie, OPEX + CAPEX

Suport pentru definirea si testarea diferitelor modele financiare

Analiza financiara a proiectelor si serviciilor, inainte de ofertare si dupa finalizarea proiectului

Aanaliza G&A

Analiza costurilor fixe

Pregatirea de prezentari pentru rapoarte financiare solicitate de management

Calcul accruals pentru proiecte si servicii

Procese de lucru si controale interne

Verificarea rapoartelor operationale cu impact in situatiile financiare, corelarea acestora cu prevederile contractuale si cu documentele primare (de ex.: contracte, facturi)

Controlul rapoartelor pregatite de Reporting Specialist

Coordonarea procesului de inchidere de luna, in departamentul financiar dar si in relatia cu departamentele operationale

Definirea, implementarea si optimizarea proceselor de achizitii, facturare, inventariere si transpunerea acestora in sistemele informatice

Definirea controalelor interne si a KPIs pentru procesele de mai sus, monitorizarea si raportarea acestora
