Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Financial Controller located in Voluntari, Romania. The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for
reporting, planning, profitability calculations, pricing activities.

In a few details: monthly closing and reporting of financial results; deliver monthly internal reporting of financial results and analysis; presenting monthly results, budget variances and ad-hoc analysis; preparing the reports that forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses; calculating and analyzing profitability situation (RoRAC, P&L); participating in the pricing committee; monitoring the pricing calculation & checking all deviations on related to dealer commissions payment;

The role requires collaboration with various departments to support financial decision-making and to provide insight on financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and Controlling, previous experience in BIG4 companies with focus on financial services projects;
  • Relevant knowledge in controlling (e.g. reporting, portfolio analysis, risk, accounting);
  • Relevant experience in developing BI solutions;
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Oriented to business and processes analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different teams
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both English and Romanian
