We're looking for a Financial Controller to join our team — a detail-oriented professional with an operational mindset, who enjoys bringing clarity and consistency to financial processes.

In this role, you'll help keep our financial operations accurate and well-organized, monitor key indicators, and provide management with clear, reliable reports that support good decisions.

It's a position that calls for structure, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility, as well as collaboration to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all financial operations are accurate, coherent, and predictable;

Monitor and control costs, revenues, profit centers, and daily cash flow;

Prepare periodic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, financial KPIs);

Track budget execution and analyze variances;

Coordinate monthly closing and forecasting processes;

Collaborate directly with management to support data-driven decisions.

Skills/Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

3+ years of experience in financial controlling or a similar operational finance role;

Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management;

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail;

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive financial processes independently;

Experience with digital tools and reporting systems;

Fluency in English;

Experience in a tech or digital company is an advantage.
