Căutăm un Manager de Creatori pasionat(ă) de conținut digital și live streaming, care să coordoneze și să dezvolte o rețea de creatori pe TikTok. Vei avea rolul de a identifica talente, de a le ghida în crearea de conținut live de impact și de a te asigura că ating obiectivele stabilite împreună.

Responsabilități


• Recrutarea, onboarding-ul și managementul creatorilor de conținut pentru TikTok Live


• Oferirea de suport și feedback creatorilor pentru a-și crește performanța și comunitatea


• Dezvoltarea de strategii pentru a crește engagementul și veniturile din live streaming


• Monitorizarea performanței creatorilor și raportarea rezultatelor


• Organizarea de sesiuni de training și workshop-uri pentru echipă


• Colaborarea cu echipa de marketing și partenerii externi pentru campanii speciale

Cerințe


• Experiență anterioară în management de creatori, talent management sau social media (avantaj experiența pe TikTok/Live)


• Cunoștințe solide despre platforma TikTok, trenduri și mecanismele de live streaming


• Abilități excelente de comunicare, organizare și motivare a echipei


• Gândire analitică și orientată spre rezultate


• Limba engleză la nivel mediu-avansat (cunoașterea altor limbi reprezintă un plus)
