Responsabilități principale:


• Vei ține legătura cu reprezentanții ansamblurilor și proprietarii


• Vei coordona personalul și furnizorii implicați în administrarea oroiectelor rezidențiale


• Vei facilita comunicarea între echipele interne pentru soluționarea eficientă a problemelor


• Te vei ocupa de contracte, relația cu furnizorii și vei contribui activ la buna funcționare a infrastructurii


• Vei urmări facturile, plățile și vei asigura informarea corectă a locatarilor
