Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to create personalized design concepts.
• Develop detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, material selections, and furniture recommendations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to deliver high-quality interior design solutions on time and within budget.
• Skillfully produce 2D construction documents, including elevations, sections, and details, to facilitate accurate project execution and seamless coordination with other design professionals.
• Utilize 3D modeling software, such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, etc. to create realistic and visually stunning 3D renderings of interior spaces.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts through clear and professional 2D presentations and realistic 3D visualizations to clients, team members, and stakeholders, enabling a seamless understanding of the proposed designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in design principles, space planning, and design history.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer (minimum 2 years), with a portfolio showcasing successful projects that demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet client requirements.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 2D and 3D software, such as ArhiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other similar tools, to create accurate design plans and realistic 3D visualizations.
• Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, and suppliers, facilitating clear communication and efficient project management throughout the design process.
