About the Position:

We are looking for a ASPICE Engineer to join the Marelli Romania Electronics team, reporting directly to the Head of Electronics Romania & System CoE Lead Electronics.

This position will be hybrid and based at our office in Cluj.

As the ASPICE Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible for continous improvement towards Automotive Software Process Improvement, Capability Determination and Automotive Cybersecurity compliance to ensure the definition and maintenance of a standard process.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Perform focused ASPICE V4.0 / ASPICE Cybersecurity audits or assessment on projects and reporting the results to management
• Participate in project activities to observe the ASPICE process - participate in regular Project Reviews and Work Product Reviews
• Define, monitor, and support deployment - in cooperation with Engineering and Methodology team
• Share Weekly KPIs report and their improvement plan for Process Deployment at project level
• Communicate, track and ensure resolution of all (process and work-products) non-compliances with defined action plan together with R&D

What Qualifications you will bring:

• 8+Years of experience in Automotive Software Quality/ASPICE
• Intacs Certified
  Automotive Spice Provisional Assessor
  and upgrade training on ASPICE V4.0 is mandatory and good knowledge in Automotive Cybersecurity (certification is added advantage)
• Knowledge on ISO 21434 so that can conduct Automotive SPICE CyberSecurity Audit
• Good understanding of Embedded concepts and SW Development process
• Experienced in Agile/V-cycle development models
• Tools: DOORs, EA, Polyspace, Atlassian tool chain, Github/Bitbucket
• Good English and experience in working with a multinationonal team
