Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, based in Bucharest with the option for some remote work. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market data, and identifying potential growth opportunities. Additional tasks include content creation for promotional activities, overseeing digital marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Strategy
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Collaboration skills
  • Creativity and expertise in creating engaging marketing materials
  • Strong Project Management and Time Management abilities
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software is a plus
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or experience in a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required
