Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local medical strategy aligned with global product plans
  • Lead identification of patient journey drivers and barriers to improve outcomes
  • Build partnerships with healthcare professionals and scientific leaders
  • Drive integrated evidence generation and support real-world evidence initiatives
  • Oversee medical education programs and national disease awareness campaigns
  • Provide internal medical guidance and training across cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with Novartis standards and local regulations in all activities
Essential Requirements
  • Advanced degree (MD, MSc, or PhD) in medical or life sciences
  • Proven experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry in a medical role
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in medical strategy, evidence generation, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize resources effectively
