Key Account Specialist Oncology – Bucharest & South Area

Reports to: Business Unit Director Oncology

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains medical relationships with PDS
  • Plans, prepares and carries out daily visits to PDS in the assigned territory
  • Implements promotional campaigns, along with specific projects in the designated territory
  • Has in depth knowledge of the products under promotion or those in the prelaunch phase
  • Conducts quarterly analysis of the designated territory and completes the territorial action plan regarding the market/competitors/database/activity/sales, etc.
  • For products that are about to be launched, participates in the pre-launch campaigns aimed at healthcare professionals in the designated territory
  • Constantly manages and updates the database and participates in its adaptation according to territorial needs and promotional strategy
  • Manages allocated resources and monitors the evolution of products in the territory
  • Organizes local/regional events and participates in promotional events (e.g., round tables, conferences, symposiums, workshops, etc.)
  • Proposes specific actions and initiatives to support the achievement of company objectives in the designated territory.

Qualifications

o University Degree in the medical, pharmaceutical or related field (e.g. biological sciences, chemistry)

o 1-2 years experience in a similar or related role, in the medical/pharmaceutical industry, in oncology or related fields

o High Planning & Organization skills (analysis, synthesis, attention to detail, accuracy of data, meeting deadlines)

o Autonomy & Initiative (proactivity, adaptability, independent work, self-motivation)

o Communication & Collaboration (Team Player)

o Field work, availability to travel outside Bucharest

o Solid knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer

o Advanced level of English skills

o Category B driving license (min 1 year)
