  • HR Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, professional development, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Carry out necessary administrative duties.
  • Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze them.
  • Maintain benefits program and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements.
  • Maintain historical human resource records; keeping the records.
  • Manage employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use.
  • Identify and monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
  • Follow corporate policies.

  • Ensure security of the information accessed and processed while performing professional duties.

  • 2+ years of experience in the human resources field.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to off-boarding).
  • Knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent active listening and negotiation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • People oriented and result driven.
  • Advanced level of English.
