About the Job

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Sales Force Effectiveness & CRM Manager to oversee SFE strategy and performance for OTC products. This role will lead and execute initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the OTC sales team, ensuring best-in-class performance tracking and supporting commercial objectives in a competitive market.

You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with regional and local business teams.

Main Responsibilities

SFE Area:

• Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the sales department.
• Monitor and analyse team performance across quantitative and qualitative KPIs; deliver reports and actionable recommendations.
• Optimize field force efficiency through advanced analytics, process improvements, and tools.
• Maintain best-in-class performance tracking for the sales team, aligned with commercial objectives.
• Define key metrics for field forces and manage monitoring systems.
• Oversee external data providers (wholesalers, pharmacy connectors, auditors such as IQVIA, Trax, Salesforce).
• Drive innovation in analytical tools and techniques to gain a competitive advantage.
• Proactively identify business challenges and provide insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with Growth HUB, Performance HUB, and Customer HUB.

CRM Area:

• Administer CRM tools, including product and territory setup, user access management, and related configurations.
• Ensure CRM functionality and provide user support: maintain daily communication with the sales team and resolve issues within the system.
• Maintain high data quality in CRM: establish review processes and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects.
• Deliver CRM tool training to users.
• Implement internal policies related to CRM systems.
• Act as a process expert: understand the sales team's workflows and propose CRM enhancements to reflect them. Collaborate with global teams and Salesforce developers to implement new functionalities.

About You

• Education: University degree in statistics/econometrics, economics/business administration, sciences, engineering, or IT.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales Force Effectiveness, analytics, sales, trade marketing, or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Deep understanding of sales team incentives and execution drivers.
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, database architecture (Snowflake), data modeling, and data quality management.
  • Strong analytical and data quality control skills.
• Languages: Fluent English (B2 or higher) and native Romanian.
