*Tasks*

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud features, ensuring they align with business requirements and service processes
  • Build and customize Lightning Record Pages, Webforms, and LWC components, and adapt the Home Screen for the Charging Support team
  • Define and configure SLAs, case routing rules, escalation paths to 2nd-level Freshdesk support, and localized notifications with translation and validation logic
  • Manage sharing and visibility settings, profiles, and permission sets to maintain data integrity and secure access
  • Set up REST API integration between Salesforce and the Kia Charge Portal (OAuth 2.0 authentication) and integrate Service Cloud with Freshdesk via connector or API
  • Develop custom LWC components that retrieve real-time Charging Portal data and trigger operational actions (e.g., start/stop charging sessions, block RFID cards)
  • Configure a Connected App that pushes data from the Charging Portal to Data Cloud and manage ingestion pipelines for up to 10 tables (30 fields each)
  • Create and manage Data Streams, perform field mappings, and design master data transformations within Data Cloud
  • Support UAT, deployment activities, and documentation to ensure a smooth implementation and transition into production

Qualifications
Must-haves:

  • Hold Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required) and Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
  • Have hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow Builder.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in REST API integrations and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
  • Possess strong Data Cloud expertise, including data ingestion, mapping, and Connected App configuration.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Freshdesk or similar customer support platforms.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Work with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
  • Use CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or GitHub Actions.
  • Apply SQL database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) for integration scenarios.
  • Contribute to Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and cross-cloud data alignment.
