We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team at Quantic Lab in Cluj.

Requirements:

  • 1 + years of experience in procurement, acquisitions, logistics or related field
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including financial and legal requirements
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic working environment, supporting various admin departments, depending on requirements
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changes in demands and priorities
  • Strong communication skills, detail oriented, flexible
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

Job description:

  • Handling end-to-end procurement process ensuring clarity and centralizing an integrated view of spending
  • Responsible for purchasing equipment/other goods and services required for day-to-day activities
  • Identifying the most efficient offers – cost benefit analysis
  • Negotiating purchasing terms and conditions
  • Directly responsible for equipment reception
  • Preparing and archiving supporting documentation – handover/reception reports, inventory records, customs declarations
  • Collaborating with couriers to ensure the efficiency of the logistics flow
  • Ensure supporting documentation for all the acquisitions
  • Aligning on fiscal and legal requirements, as well as expense reports with the financial department
