Responsabilitati:

  • Pune in aplicare strategia comerciala comunicata de management;
  • Are in responsabilitate un portofoliu de clienti si este responsabil de mentinerea relatiei contractuale cu acestia;
  • Ofera suport permanent clientilor sai si gestioneaza toate operatiunile comerciale cu ei;
  • Este responsabil de realizarea targetului de vanzari fixat de directorul comercial;
  • Identifica noi potentiali clienti avand ca responsabilitate cresterea market share –ului in zona geografica alocata;
  • Pregateste si negociaza ofertele si contractele atat pentru clientii existenti cat si pentru potentiali;
  • Monitorizează procesul de facturare conform contractului și plata serviciilor de catre clienti;
  • Identifica noi oportunitati de crestere a veniturilor pentru fiecare client existent, prin propunerea de noi servicii si/sau produse;
  • Mentine o relatie apropiata cu clientii, acordandu-le suport ori de cate ori este nevoie, cu scopul de a creste nivelul de satisfactie al acestora;
  • Preia cererile de dezvoltare a aplicatiei de la clienti, le transmite echipelor responsabile si monitorizeaza implementarea lor;
  • Asigura trainingul noilor clienti si suportul pentru implementarea aplicatiilor Cegedim
  • Ofera consultanta si suport tehnic clientilor, in cazul in care apar disfunctionalitati;
  • Participa la evenimente comerciale dedicate clientilor si promoveaza produsele si serviciile Cegedim;
  • Isi planifica activitatea si vizitele zilnice la client si raporteaza catre management.

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare;
  • Experienta minima 1-2 ani in domeniul vanzarilor reprezinta un avantaj;
  • Permis conducere categoria B valid;
  • Cunoasterea pietei pharma constituie un avantaj;
  • Cunostinte hardware/software, MS Office;
  • Motivatie si puternica orientare catre client;
  • Capacitatea de a rezolva probleme;
  • Abilitati de vanzare si putere de convingere;
  • Abilitati avansate de comunicare si de negociere;
  • Spirit organizat si capacitate de planificare a timpului si a activitatilor;
  • Rigurozitare, integritate, proactivitate si initiativa.
