Sales Operations Analyst

As a member of the GTM Revenue Operations Team , your role will be highly visible within the company, with regular leadership team exposure and collaboration; you will partner with EMEA Sales Leadership Team , providing proactive and operational advice to accelerate the business.
Your responsibilities include development and execution of key processes such as business planning and reviews, forecasting, target setting, gap analysis and course corrections across cross-functional teams while driving global leverage by deploying EMEA best practices across the region.
- Support Sales management with the annual planning process, including territory planning, segmentation, goal setting , forecast and pipeline management;
- Drive discussions with key stakeholders as well as cross-functional teams to help the business run smoothly and effectively;
- Support Sales management in adopting a common set of policies and performance measures to achieve business priorities;
- Develop and present insights and recommendations to Sales Management and/or Sales Operations management to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across Revenue Operations Teams;
- Enable Sales Management to adopt and execute company strategy in an effective, scalable and integrated manner;
- Work across a wide group of stakeholders to ensure timely , high quality and consistent completion of business management activities ;
- Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with cross-functional teams ;
- Serve as a strong advocate of the new/enhanced processes or solutions; become a trustful partner who supports Sales management on internal processes navigation and best practices;
- Compile information from various sources and functions into insights that lead to solutions recommendation;
- Demonstrate a collaborative spirit and willingness to assist team members as needed to ensure collective success;
- Produce regular and ad hoc business analytics for Sales Management / Sales Operations Management to ensure overall sales health;
- Become well versed and knowledgeable with all sales related tools and processes;
