Responsabilități principale:

  • Gestionează procesele complete de recrutare, de la definirea profilului și publicarea anunțului până la selectarea finală a candidaților.
  • Colaborează cu managerii de departament pentru a înțelege nevoile de personal și criteriile de selecție.
  • Creează și publică anunțuri atractive pe canale interne și externe.
  • Utilizează platformele ATS și alte instrumente de recrutare pentru a gestiona eficient pipeline-ul de candidați.
  • Evaluează competențele și potrivirea candidaților folosind metode moderne de selecție.
  • Contribuie la îmbunătățirea continuă a proceselor de recrutare și la atingerea indicatorilor de performanță (KPIs).
  • Participă activ la inițiative de employer branding și la organizarea de evenimente de recrutare (târguri de joburi, programe de internship, parteneriate universitare).

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare finalizate (preferabil în Psihologie, Sociologie, Resurse Umane, Comunicare sau domenii conexe).
  • Minimum
    3-5 ani experiență în recrutare
    , de preferat într-un mediu dinamic, cu volume variate de poziții.
  • Experiență în recrutarea de roluri
    tehnice și non-tehnice
    , inclusiv poziții de management.
  • Cunoștințe solide despre procesele de selecție și evaluare a competențelor.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare, relaționare și influențare.
  • Experiență practică cu platforme
    ATS
    și canale moderne de recrutare.
  • Gândire analitică, orientare către rezultate și capacitatea de a gestiona mai multe proiecte simultan.
  • Limba engleză –
    nivel avansat
    (scris și vorbit).
