Premier Energy Furnizare is looking for a skilled and motivated Product Development Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will report directly to the Marketing Director and play a key part in executing strategic marketing initiatives that support our brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the development, launch, and performance monitoring of new energy products — combining commercial, data, and project expertise in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and launch new products aligned with market needs and company objectives.
  • Analyze data and financial reports to support pricing decisions and product profitability.
  • Manage contracts and actively participate in commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor product development projects, ensuring timelines, KPIs, and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and financial teams to deliver products with measurable impact.
  • Use digital tools and/or Python to analyze data and optimize processes.

What we're looking for:

  • Relevant experience in the energy industry or related fields.
  • Strong commercial and marketing skills, with expertise in contracts and negotiation.
  • Proven analytical skills and experience in interpreting financial and economic data.
  • Project management background (PM certifications are a plus).
  • Technical know-how or ability to collaborate closely with technical teams.
  • Results-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive mindset.
