  • Prepares SAP reports for production KPIs; extracts data and analyzes, compares, and structures excel and dashboard reports starting from SAP exports (productivity/ OEE/ material consumption/ breakdowns, etc);
  • Follows the objectives of the production department, prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports;
  • explains and reports best practices or losses according to production results on the monthly basis; creates analysis between shifts and establishes additional competencies that must be achieved within the shopfloor teams;
  • Manages the production process and report achievements to the Operation Manager;
  • Participates in the production planning process and inform the planning department according to the current status of the factory;
  • Organizes the production process by following the weekly production plan of the Planning Department and the company's standards;
  • Organizes materials and semi-finished products, technological sheets, technical documentation, devices necessary for the execution and verification of works, expectations, products;
  • Creates or updates work procedures, training plans for operators;
  • Analyzes the causes of losses and propose solutions to solve problems in the production process;
  • Develops plans to enhance the performance manufacturing in terms of safety, cost, quality, hygiene, productivity, etc.;
  • Applies regulations of food and food safety compliance and checks that employees on the shop floor are following the rules;
  • Develops team by providing coaching, support, direction and documented performance appraisals also ensuring career development and succession plans;
  • Establish autonomous maintenance procedures, standards and checklists depending on the workplace and equipment/ Leads the activities of Kobetsu Kaizen or the Autonomous Maintenance committee;
  • Ensures compliance with Company's quality, labor, hygiene, safety, health and environment policies and guidelines and with local Law and Company regulations;
  • Collaborates with HR, H&S, Quality for defining the company strategy and implements his requirements in the dedicated area of responsibility.
