We are looking for a
Project Manager
with experience in delivering
data integration
projects, ideally within the
pharmaceutical sector
. This role will support data initiatives related to
Financial Planning (FP)
and
Warehouse/Inventory Logistics (WH/IL)
modules.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with
GMP
and
Quality Management System (QMS)
standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data integration projects from start to finish.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and resources.
  • Collaborate with teams across IT, data, and business functions.
  • Gather requirements to ensure integration meets business needs.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Identify risks early and implement solutions to avoid delays.
  • Track and manage budgets and resource usage.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress and issues.
  • Keep clear project documentation and follow all QMS procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with pharma standards, including GMP where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or similar.
  • 3–5 years' experience managing data integration or similar IT projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP-regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methods.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
