Job DescriptionMRM Delivery is looking for a Salesforce B2B Technical Architect to join our team We strongly believe that "Ideas power everything", so here you'll find the context where all your initiatives not only will be heard but really appreciatedThe TA role is unique in that it is the pinnacle of technical leadership for our product engineering team to solve the hardest technical problems.As part of the multidisciplinary nature of this role, the TAs are involved in project scoping, requirements gathering, staffing, estimation and leadership of the project team throughout the delivery process, and coordinate with 3rd party stakeholders in a technical capacity for their areas of expertise. In conjunction with a Product Owner and Project Manager, Technical Architects are ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of the product roadmap through deep technical problem solving.ResponsibilitiesPerform technical design for and lead implementation of the Product RoadmapIn conjunction with a Product Owner and Project Manager, own the overall delivery of client projectsContribute to the roadmap definition and prioritization processResponsible for technical design and deliverablesInteract with other stakeholders IT teams to coordinate delivery and deployment of solutionsPresent technical solutions to both business and IT teamsProvide technical leadership for project teamsLeads development of mentorship and training programs for company technical staffStrong knowledge and expertise regarding the technical stacks used in the productRequired Technical Skills And Experience- 12+ years of experience as a technical developer or related work experience; 6+ years in technical leadership roles, leading projects or development teams, application architecture, enterprise architecture, systems integration and development; experience in a project-based consulting environment- Deep knowledge of critical (common) Salesforce ecosystem components and how to integrate these components- Deep expertise in JS/TS development, Next.JS- Deep expertise with ETL, large volume data processing, data pipelines- Extensive experience with source code management strategies and release management- Experience shaping projects including authoring/reviewing technical design documentsManaging technical resources (
