Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing analytical and methodological support to the purchasing manager, core team, and department heads.
  • Supporting adherence to quality, cost, and timing requirements throughout the innovation process.
  • Documenting meeting outcomes, tracking actions, and monitoring KPI targets and test results.
  • Preparing presentations and materials for meetings and conferences.
  • Coordinating repetitive operational activities, such as planning meetings, category conferences, supplier days, trade shows, and video conferences.
  • Maintaining regular communication with international procurement divisions (e.g., weekly info bulletins).
  • Managing and organizing the procurement department's central folder structure.
  • Processing invoice workflows for approvals and monitoring costs.

What you bring:

  • Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Basic knowledge of product categories and operational and strategic merchandising processes.
  • Business administration knowledge, with experience in retail an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data warehouse analysis, and SAP-Retail transactions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High drive, motivation, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and autonomy.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, great communication, discretion, and confidentiality.
