Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Sector 6. The Sales Representative will manage day-to-day tasks including engaging with customers, providing information on products and services, processing transactions, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, assisting with store operations, and handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Sales and Customer Service experience
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Telecom Products and Services
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Romanian and English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in retail is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
