About the role

Ensure efficient and compliant management of all Accounts Payable activities, with a

particular focus on financial interactions with partner drivers (sole proprietors) and other

suppliers, in accordance with Romanian legislation, internal procedures, and the requirements

of our partner, Bolt.

Job requirements

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Registering and verifying accounting documents received from collaborators (invoices, contracts, payment requests);
  • Processing payments according to contractual terms, using digital payment and tracking systems;
  • Reconciling balances and maintaining records of supporting accounting documents;
  • Coordinating the digital/physical archiving process and preparing documents for audit purposes;
  • Monitoring payment deadlines and communicating effectively with sole proprietors or other partners regarding financial status;
  • Collaborating with the finance team in Poland for reporting and process alignment;
  • Verifying fiscal details: VAT registration, CAEN code, company status, fiscal activity status;
  • Providing administrative support in managing the relationship with partner drivers (PFA setup, payment inquiries, documentation, etc.);
  • Actively participating in the improvement of accounting and administrative processes
  • within the area of responsibility.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (basic accounting, payments, AP, financial administration);
  • Solid knowledge of basic accounting and fiscal legislation (especially regarding sole proprietors);
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial platforms (SAP, Oracle, Navision – a plus);
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets;
  • English language – intermediate/advanced level (written and spoken);
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
