Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the sales process of financial-banking products is an advantage;
  • English language - intermediate level;
  • Ms Office - medium level;
  • Category B driving license;
  • Communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills; customer-oriented attitude.

Key responsibilities:

Development and implementation of the Affinity card issuance program

  • Oversee the implementation of the strategy for the Affinity card issuance program
  • Ensure the achievement of objectives and performance indicators

Managing relationships with the partners

  • Identify and attract new companies to enroll in this program
  • Negotiate terms and contractual conditions
  • Develop long-term collaboration relationships with existing partners
  • Regularly visit the merchants' locations in order to discuss with their representatives and take necessary measures to increase the results of the project.

Promoting the partnerships included in Affinity program

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized marketing materials for each partner
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns in the physical stores and online platforms of the companies involved in the Affinity project

Performance monitoring

  • Analyse data regarding card sales through the Affinity program
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare periodic reports and present them to the direct superior

Reporting

  • Prepare detailed reports on the performance of the Affinity program
  • Present results and recommendations for growth to the direct superior
