ESG Senior Consultant – CSRD / ESRS Framework
with
2+ years of experience

Mandatory Experience

• Passion for sustainability and driving real impact.
• Proven CSRD & ESRS ESG reporting expertise.
• Double Materiality Assessment, IRO.
• Expertise in ESG data collection, validation, and integration into business operations.
• Hands-on experience with carbon footprint analysis and net-zero roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).

Bonus Points for Experience In

• European taxonomy compliance and sustainability strategy.
• ESEF financial reporting transposition & xHTML conversion.
• Climate vulnerability assessments.
• Biodiversity impact assessment & supply chain reporting.
• Sustainability audits & ESG risk identification.
• Climate risk analysis & financial impact evaluation.

What You'll Do

ESG Data Collection & Management

• Gather and structure ESG-related data across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for compliance and reporting.

ESG Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze ESG data to uncover strategic insights.
• Develop dynamic dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

ESG Reporting, Compliance & Strategy

• Lead the preparation of ESG disclosures in compliance with CSRD and ESRS.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and anticipate industry shifts.
• Design and implement ESG strategies that go beyond compliance, embedding sustainability into core business decisions and long-term value creation.

Research & Benchmarking

• Monitor ESG trends, regulatory updates, and best practices.
• Benchmark against industry leaders to identify opportunities for growth.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with investors, clients, and regulatory bodies to drive ESG initiatives.
• Support transparency, accountability, and sustainability leadership.
