We are looking for our client, a
multinational professional services network, and one of the Big Four accounting organizations
, to hire a
Senior Consultant - Energy and Sustainability Management Consulting
.

Objectives

Provide expert consulting support to clients in the energy and sustainability sector by delivering high-quality analyses, strategies, and solutions that drive business growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and work within consulting teams on energy and sustainability projects.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret information to support recommendations.
  • Formulate and test hypotheses, draft reports, and deliver solutions independently.
  • Management consulting and corporate strategy.
  • Mergers & acquisitions (M&A), particularly for renewable energy projects.
  • Energy industry advisory and regulatory strategy.
  • Corporate finance and financial modelling.
  • Market entry assessments and cross-border studies.
  • Strategic market and feasibility studies for energy generation.
  • Decarbonization and sustainability advisory.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in management consulting, corporate finance, or the energy industry.
  • Proven client-facing experience (internal or external).
  • Solid understanding of economic, financial, and business concepts.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
