KLEEMANN Lift Ro S.R.L. is looking for a proactive and skilled
Installation and Maintenance Coordinator
to join our team. In this role, you will oversee elevator installation and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and client specifications. You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients, while also supporting and guiding installation teams to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate elevator installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and support installation teams, provide technical guidance and on-site problem-solving.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Conduct inspections before, during, and after installation/maintenance to verify compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, documenting all interventions accurately.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to secure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Carry out site visits to assess readiness and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Verify infrastructure (lift shafts, power supply, etc.) prior to installation.
  • Monitor and enforce on-site safety standards.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during pre-sale consultations.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in elevator installation, maintenance coordination, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or related technical field (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, safety regulations, and installation processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Office 365, AutoCAD, and maintenance management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
  • Fluency in
    Romanian and English
    (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to travel to job sites when required.
