Consilierul tehnic responsabil/depanaj camioane oferă suport rapid și eficient clienților/soferilor în cazul defecțiunilor sau incidentelor tehnice. Rolul său principal este de a asigura diagnosticarea corectă a problemelor, coordonarea intervențiilor și consilierea clienților pentru repunerea vehiculului în circulație în cele mai scurte termene.

Responsabilități


• Preluarea și gestionarea apelurilor sau a mailurilor pentru cazurile de urgenta rutiera.


• Identificarea rapidă a problemelor tehnice și oferirea de soluții adecvate.


• Coordonarea echipelor mobile de intervenție și monitorizarea intervențiilor în teren.


• Oferirea de consiliere tehnică și suport clienților, menținând o comunicare clară și profesionistă.


• Întocmirea rapoartelor de activitate și urmărirea cazurilor până la rezolvare completă.

Cerințe:


• Cunostine dе limba engleza sau franceza – nivel avansat.


• Cunostinte tehnice (preferabil în domeniul auto).


• Experiență în relația cu clienții și abilități excelente de comunicare.


• Capacitate de analiză și luare rapidă a deciziilor.


• Bune cunoștințe de operare PC și de utilizare a aplicațiilor de gestionare.


• Permis de conducere categoria B (constituie avantaj).
