aEURc Providing help for installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;

aEURc Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;

aEURc Provide support, including procedural documentation;

aEURc Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs;

aEURc Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);

aEURc Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time;
