Role Overview

We are looking for a SAP Solution Architect
activating in the
Manufacturing
sector
to join our team.

In this role, you will drive the design, deployment, and management of enterprise-grade solutions within a large-scale manufacturing and retail environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leveraging SAP Manufacturing capabilities and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights and guidance in IT transformation initiatives.
• Lead the design and deployment of enterprise solutions in the manufacturing domain, with a strong focus on SAP Manufacturing
  industry specifics
  .
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Apply enterprise architecture frameworks and tools to guide solution development.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions, from design and development to deployment and management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional architects, engineers, and business teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Align IT initiatives with strategic business goals and overall transformation objectives.
• Conduct systems thinking and information flow analysis to identify patterns, dependencies, and boundaries.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, providing leadership and direction.
• Bring technology breadth by leveraging a variety of IT platforms and solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with proven stakeholder advisory roles.
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture principles and practices, applied in real-world programs.
• 3+ years of expertise with architectural frameworks and tools.
• 3+ years in enterprise solution design, deployment, and management, ideally within SAP Manufacturing.
• 3+ years in end-to-end solution delivery (design, development, implementation).
• 2+ years of experience in business alignment to strategic goals.
• 2+ years of proven collaboration with architects and engineers.
• 2+ years in systems thinking and information-flow analysis.
• 2+ years of leadership and communication experience.
• 5+ years of technology breadth across multiple platforms.
• Results orientation and accountability.
