De ce?
Pentru ca din acest rol vei implementa strategia brandului de care vei fi responsabil.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Implementeaza planul de activitati pentru brandul de care este responsabil/a
  • Implementeaza proiecte de inovatie
  • Dezvolta strategia de digital pentru brand si monitorizeaza implementarea campaniilor
  • Coordoneaza si monitorizeaza implementarea planurilor de comunicare aferente proiectelor de alocate, in stransa legatura cu obiectivele de business si de comunicare ale acesteia
  • Supervizeaza dezvoltarea tuturor materialelor de comunicare (consumator si shopper)
  • Implementeaza designul de ambalaj si artworkurile pentru proiectele alocate
  • Planifica proiecte interdepartamentale
  • Monitorizeaza performanta brandului folosing datele de retail audit, householed panel
  • Monitorizeaza performanta brandului comparativ cu obiectivele stabilite (cota de piata, vanzare neta, profit)
  • Pregateste calculatii financiare impreuna cu departamentul de controling pentru produse noi sau modificari in portofoliul actual
  • Monitorizeaza bugetul

Ce te califica pentru acest rol:

  • Studii superioare preferabil in marketing sau comunicare;
  • Minim 5 ani experienta in management de brand sau de categorie;
  • Cunostinte de operare PC (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet, email);
  • Project Management;
  • Gandire responsabila;
  • Spirit antreprenorial;
  • Colaborare;
