Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company, operating in the USA, is looking for a talented and experienced Amazon Brand Manager to join the vibrant team for a full time remote job.

As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company's brands. You will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing SKU-Level Performance across the company's diverse portfolio, as well as leading product development initiatives - particularly in the product research and vetting stages. You will manage and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

As the company continues to grow, it is seeking an Amazon Brand Manager who is passionate about data, processes, and creative problem-solving to help scale the brand to new heights on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve SKU-Level Performance, collaborating with various teams for optimized results.
  • Lead product development efforts, especially during the research and vetting phases of new product launches, ensuring market fit and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives.
  • Set and test marketing hypotheses, providing input to the creative team for the development of performance-based creative materials.
  • Coordinate new product launches, ensuring seamless market entry and brand consistency.
  • Conduct listing audits and coordinate optimizations regarding content and design, working closely with the graphic design team.
  • Manage pricing strategies, deals, discounts, and promotional activities to maximize brand performance.
  • Provide detailed reports on product performance metrics, offering and implementing suggestions for improvement.
  • Work closely with the supply chain to develop accurate sales forecasts and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with inventory levels.
  • Utilize PPC knowledge to guide marketing strategies and optimize ad spend.
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Exhibit experience in managing and leading teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, focusing on impactful activities and minimizing time-consuming distractions.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional and creative teams, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing work environment.
  • Leverage experience gained in mid-sized or larger companies to bring structure and scalability to brand management processes.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and projects - focusing on high-impact actions while eliminating or delegating low-priority distractions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, specifically within the Amazon FBA marketplace.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC campaigns and Amazons advertising platform.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong emphasis on communication and collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management practices is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in product development, particularly in researching and vetting new products.
  • Managerial experience within 7 fig + Amazon native brands is highly preferred.
