About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate
to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proactive, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in handling data, documentation, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update data in the operating  system, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
  • Support the sales and finance teams with order processing, invoicing, and documentation;
  • Monitor and manage the order-to-cash process, from quotation to invoicing;
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing invoices to ensure accuracy in financial records in support of month-end and year-end closing activities;
  • Generate and review operational reports, identifying discrepancies or process gaps;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks;
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity;
  • Handle administrative and back-office support tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field;
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or sales support;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, or similar) preferred;
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • English – intermediate or higher level (both written and spoken).
