The Role: Investment Analyst / Associate

Depending on experience, you will join ACP as an Analyst or Associate, working closely with senior team members throughout the full investment cycle. From origination to exit, you will be hands-on in analyzing opportunities, executing transactions, and help with portfolio monitoring.

What You will do:

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth company and industry research
  • Perform company valuations and draft internal investment memos
  • Participate in due diligence, review legal documentation, and support deal execution
  • Monitor existing portfolio performance and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development — building relationships with entrepreneurs, advisors, and financing institutions across Southern CEE

Who you are:

  • Strong analytical thinker with business intuition and the ability to see the big picture, while taking ownership of commitments and deliverables
  • Fluent in Romanian and English (German or another CEE language a plus)
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field; MBA/CFA preferred
  • 2–3+ years' experience in accounting, corporate finance, transaction advisory, project finance, private equity, or consulting
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience reviewing transaction documentation is an advantage
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Open, collaborative, and comfortable working directly with senior executives
  • Interested in building a long-term career in CEE within a unique investment platform.
