Client Relationship Manager
, care sa se alature echipei de Vanzari.
Ce iti trebuie:
- Experienta pe o pozitie similara - minimum 4 ani;
- Studii superioare finalizate;
- Limba engleza nivel avansat;
- Experienta intr-o agentie de productie publicitara reprezinta un avantaj;
- Atentie la detalii, bune abilitati de comunicare, organizare si prioritizare.
Ce presupune activitatea:
- Asigura comunicarea cu clientul in toate fazele proiectului: brief, ofertare, contract, comanda ferma, proiectare, productie, livrare, instalare, facturare, garantie si post-garantie;
- Se implica in procesul de ofertare, determinand consumul de materiale necesare ce intra in componenta produsului finit;
- Verifica analiza de cost, intocmeste formularul de oferta, obtine aprobarea sefului de departament inainte de transmiterea ofertei catre client;
- Transmite oferta catre client si mentine comunicarea cu acesta pana la obtinerea comenzii ferme;
- Impreuna cu departamentele implicate in proiect, planifica resursele necesare desfasurarii proiectului si urmareste realizarea acestuia;
- Urmareste incadrarea in bugetul prognozat;
- Identifica problemele aparute pe parcursul proiectului si asigura rezolvarea acestora;
- Organizeaza receptia lucrarii;
- Urmareste si raspunde de incasarile sumelor datorate de clienti pentru serviciile facturate;
- Introduce informatiile comenzilor si ofertelor in sistemul informatic;
- Identificarea unor noi oportunitati de vanzare prin cunoasterea pietei, asigurand dezvoltarea relatiei cu clientul pentru comenzi viitoare.
