Team Lead Accounts Payable
Responsibilities

  • Manage: You oversee Accounts Payable processes across multiple international markets.
  • Coordinate: You allocate workload, guide daily activities, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Ensure: You guarantee compliance with internal regulations and company policies.
  • Improve: You identify process enhancement opportunities to boost efficiency.
  • Support: You implement strategic projects and transition initiatives.
  • Develop: You lead team performance management, coaching, and onboarding.
  • Analyze: You collect and interpret data to derive actions and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Economics or related field.
  • Experience: Strong practical experience in Accounts Payable and leadership.
  • Technical: Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical: Strong attention to detail and process optimization skills.
  • Mindset: High customer orientation, ambition, and emotional intelligence.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and team management skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; German skills advantageous.
