Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable processes across different international B2B markets;
  • Analysis and distribution of workload and responsibilities for team members;
  • Coordinate daily activities of the AP department and solve escalated issues;
  • Ensuring compliance with internal regulations;
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and lead to overall performance improvement and organizational efficiency;
  • Booking of goods in transit;
  • Coordinate and implement transition projects;
  • Managing process documentations and updates;
  • Support the implementation of projects of strategic importance for the internal customers;
  • Collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to derive actions and strategies;
  • Performance and development management for team members;
  • Participation in the recruitment process of new hires;
  • Coordinate onboarding and training of new team members;
  • Talent and performance management for team members;
  • Coaching of team members, including individual action plans when needed;
  • KPI reporting and analysis;
  • Other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree in Economic Studies (or related);
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and at least 3 years of proven leadership experience;
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
  • SAP knowledge;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to understand and optimize processes and structures;
  • Experience in the execution of projects and project management;
  • Team spirit and a healthy emotional intelligence are required to preserve a positive working environment.
