Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Purchasing Manager, based in Bucharest, Romania. The Purchasing Manager will manage procurement activities, maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee inventory levels. Responsibilities include evaluating supplier performance, ensuring materials meet quality standards, and managing procurement budgets. Additionally, the Purchasing Manager will be involved in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong procurement and negotiation skills
  • Experience in inventory management and supplier relationship management
  • Proficiency in budget management and cost optimization
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction materials industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Romanian
