Ideal Candidate

  • Law degree (Bachelor's or higher);
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the legal field – Civil Procedure, including Enforcement Proceedings;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong team player with very good collaboration abilities;
  • Proactive attitude and strong task prioritization skills;
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

  • Maintain communication with collaborating bailiffs and provide the requested information through all communication channels: email, phone, written correspondence;
  • Input and manage incoming correspondence in the internal system from courts (e.g., enforcement approvals) and from bailiffs (e.g., advance payment invoices, enforcement orders, termination notices);
  • Monitor and oversee the enforcement procedures handled by bailiffs for the assigned portfolio;
  • Contact debtors to recover outstanding payments;
  • Draft responses to debtor inquiries and requests;
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the direct supervisor.

Working schedule: hybrid after 3 months
