Job Description

Are you a legal professional with a passion for corporate law and a strong understanding of business operations? If you're ready to take on new challenges and make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you

• At store level, is in charge of checking, approving and fulfilling all legal formalities related to contracts;
• Provides legal assistance in investigations and collaborates with external lawyers in litigation;
• Provides legal advice on all legal aspects requested, ensures drafting and/or endorsement of specific contracts in accordance with the current legislation;
• Prepares on request reports and/or legislative interpretations with impact on the activity;
• Provides assistance and advice, training on legal issues and legislative interpretation;
• Has the obligation to comply with the Company Policies, as well as all company procedures, communicated in accordance with current legislation;
• Any other tasks/responsibilities agreed upon by the Head of the Legal and Compliance Department;
• Keeps confidential all information encountered while carrying out job responsibilities, including matters related to personal data protection.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years experience in a similar position;
• University degree in law;
• Fluent in English;
• Detail-oriented person;
• Team player.
