Incentive Compensation Partner
What you'll have to do:

  • Design and develop innovative bonus schemes aligned with business objectives and performance metrics
  • Implement and maintain bonus calculation methodologies for various teams and departments
  • Conduct regular analysis of bonus scheme effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure schemes align with organizational goals
  • Monitor and report on bonus accruals and payments across different business units
  • Provide recommendations for scheme improvements based on performance data analysis
  • Perform financial controlling activities including budget analysis, variance reporting, and cost management
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management
  • Analyzing actuals and identifying financial and operational key issues that should be considered and remedied;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to bonus schemes and overall financial performance
  • Preparing and analyzing consolidated reports on actuals, forecasts, as well as long term plans;

What makes you a good fit:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in compensation management, finance controlling or financial analysis
  • Experience with bonus scheme design and implementation preferred
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and methodologies
  • Are passionate about further developing your knowledge and skills;
  • Have budgeting, planning and/or cost control knowledge;
  • Have a University Degree in Economic Studies;
  • Are an Excel master;
  • Speak English fluently;
  • Have the ability to work with different groups and levels within an organization;
  • Have the ability to take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations.
