About the Role

We're looking for an
Audit Partner
who is
analytically sharp, curious, and business-minded
. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to
learn fast
,
work directly with sales partners and internal business stakeholders,
while ensuring the Group processes and procedures are fully in place. If you're looking to combine attention to details with building relationships and improving business results — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting audits at store level
  • Analyze compliance with internal regulations and applicable legislation
  • Prepare and draft audit reports
  • Plan and organize internal audits
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective measures
  • Propose improvements to internal procedures
  • Participate in special projects or specific inspections

Candidate Requirements

  • Education:
    University degree ideally in Economics
  • Experience:
  • 2–5 years in a retail role
  • Skills:
  • Focus on results

  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to manage self and others in a dynamic environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
