Job Description
As a
TaaS Control Tower Analyst
, you will serve as the key operational contact for Goodyear fleet customers after service activation. You will manage alerts, oversee job authorization, and coordinate vehicle service with internal and external partners. In addition, you will maintain accurate records in GMC, Salesforce, and MyWay, support first-level hardware troubleshooting, and ensure all processes meet quality and service standards. This role requires planning, organization, and proactive communication to maintain smooth fleet operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor telematics alerts and coordinate resolution with fleets and service providers.
  • Authorize jobs and verify data accuracy; follow up with service providers as needed.
  • Arrange vehicle availability for service and provide first-level hardware troubleshooting.
  • Maintain records and documentation in fleet management systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure service standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in customer support, call center, transport, or technical services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ticketing tools.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English; other languages are an asset.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
