We are hiring: Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our
AG Administration and Reporting Unit
, a team responsible for:

Preparing and monitoring quarterly reporting packages and semi-annual statutory reports for the Parent Company

Main Responsibilities

  • General accounting (Local GAAP and IAS/IFRS)
  • Preparation of reporting packages according to IAS/IFRS principles
  • Methodological support on accounting principles and regulations
  • Analysis and evaluation of the Company's Own Funds according to
    Solvency II
  • Ensuring compliance with Group policies & Financial Reporting Risk processes, and liaising with auditors
  • Feeding the
    IFRS 17
    technical accounting system ensuring data consistency
  • Reconciliation of financial information across different accounting frameworks
  • Performing intercompany reconciliations and supporting mismatch resolution

Requirements

  • University degree in
    Economics, Finance, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    accounting, reporting, or financial control
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of
    financial statement analysis
    and
    IFRS
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in
    English
