Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving customer technical support tickets related to SaaS products.
• Implementing SaaS solutions for clients.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT concepts (DNS, operating systems, networks).
• Well-developed interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with clients and support in resolving technical issues.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in customer support.
• Experience working with ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
