Responsabilitati:

  • Coordoneaza activitatile de securitate si sanatate in munca si implementeaza actiuni privind securitatea si sanatatea in munca in fabrica
  • Urmareste si controleaza activitatile de securitate si sanatate a muncii pe amplasament
  • Efectueaza instructajul introductiv general de SSM si SU pentru angajati si instructajele la locul de munca si instructajele periodice
  • Efectueaza controale la toate locurile de munca pentru a verifica gradul de respectare a instructiunilor specifice de SSM, PSI, SU si protectia mediului
  • Elaboreaza instructiunile specifice de securitate a muncii si instructiunile de PSI
  • Asigura legatura cu laboratoarele autorizate pentru efectuarea de analize ale factorilor de mediu si noxelor profesionale
  • Intocmeste proceduri, instructiuni si realizeaza traininguri si verifica gradul de cunoastere si aplicare a masurilor prevazute
  • Monitorizeaza functionarea sistemelor si dispozitivelor de protectie, aparaturii de masura si control, precum si a instalatiilor pentru controlul noxelor
  • Verifica starea de functionare a sistemelor de alarmare, avertizare si semnalizare de urgenta
  • Informeaza angajatorul, in scris, asupra deficientelor constatate si propune masuri de eliminare
  • Identifica echipamentele individuale de protectie necesare pentru posturile de lucru si urmareste intretinerea si inlocuirea acestora
  • Participa la cercetarea evenimentelor si elaboreaza rapoarte privind accidentele de munca
  • Colaboreaza cu lucratorii si medicul de medicina muncii pentru coordonarea masurilor de prevenire si protectie
  • Urmareste actualizarea planului de interventie, planului de prevenire si protectie si planului de evacuare
  • Organizeaza si supravegheaza activitatea PSI la nivelul amplasamentului
  • Poate opri un utilaj, o instalatie sau o activitate in situatia unui pericol iminent
  • Reprezinta compania in relatiile cu autoritatile si organismele de inspectie pentru probleme specifice SSM, PSI si SU

Cerinte:

  • Cunostinte bune PC (MS Office, email)
  • Limba engleza-scris/vorbit/citit- nivel avansat
  • Cunostinte tehnice privind utilajele
  • Studii tehnice superioare finalizate
  • Curs in domeniul securitatii si sanatatii in munca cu o durata de 80 de ore
  • Curs postuniversitar de evaluare a riscurilor cu o durata de 180 de ore
  • Curs de cadru tehnic cu atributii PSI
  • Curs operator RSVTI
  • Initiativa si determinare pentru atingerea tintei
  • Decizie si asumarea riscului
