Căutăm un Sales Manager energic, orientat spre rezultate, cu abilități excelente de comunicare și relaționare, care să se simtă în elementul său în industria HoReCa & evenimente corporate/private.

Cerințe:

  • Disponibilitate de a lucra pe un program de 5/2
  • Cunostințe de limba engleză (mediu/avansat);
  • Cunoașterea pachetului MS Office (avansat pe Excel);
  • Căutăm o persoană creativă, cu simț estetic și cunoștințe în Canva;
  • Atenție la detalii, bune abilități de negociere, de organizare, autonomie și capacitatea de a duce la capăt sarcinile atribuite cu punctualitate, acuratețe, diplomație;
  • Experiență anterioară în vânzări HoReCa (restaurant/hoteluri/Evenimente etc.)

Descrierea jobului:

  • Realizează apeluri telefonice în limba română și, ocazional, în limba engleză, pentru promovarea și vânzarea serviciilor de organizare evenimente către clienți existenți și potențiali;
  • Menține o comunicare constantă și profesionistă cu clienții recurenti, inclusiv prin gestionarea corespondenței scrise și transmiterea newsletterului lunar;
  • Organizează și participă la întâlniri cu clienți actuali și potențiali pentru negocierea și finalizarea contractelor, stabilirea ofertelor, bugetelor și detaliilor logistice;
  • Reprezintă compania la targuri si expoziții de profil;
  • Oferă suport în organizarea evenimentelor pentru clienții existenți, asigurând o derulare fără probleme a proiectelor;
  • Urmărește și analizează planul de vânzări lunar și anual, în vederea atingerii obiectivelor stabilite.
