British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a OTC Collection Specialist with Czech in Bucharest.

Order To Cash is a defining part of our company's success, and it also plays a big role in driving the organization's relationship with the customer. It refers to all the steps involved in processing customer orders from the moment a customer places the order to when payment is received and applied to accounts receivable.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash processes according to the agreed deadlines and in line with audit recommendations
• Acts as a single point of contact for the teams in terms of process knowledge
• Seek out new approaches and ideas for continuous improvement and provides support for the management team in terms of process automation and improvement initiatives for Credit and Collection.
• Support Knowledge Management framework in terms of TLD update and Onboarding of new joiners
• Takes ownership and resolve very complex problems in a way that demonstrates balanced judgment and a continuous improvement mindset

What are we looking for-

• Czech Language - very good level both writing and speaking
• At least 1 year of experience in a shared services/BPO/ Finance
• Solid knowledge of the Order to Cash end to end processes and Global Operating Model
• Solid specific functional knowledge in the Collection and Disputes area, including collection strategies and credit risk policies
• Experience in Migration of Order to Cash activities from End Markets to GBS
