provides a broad area of services: finance and HR related, account and segment support, cockpit and reporting, sales and marketing campaigns, research and presentations, accelerators, customer experience management, data government, as well as other functions.

Primary Functions And Tasks
This role is a key one in the communication between international project teams and top management. The position has technical as well as Financial and Accountancy responsibilities, such as:

• CRM Contract documentation review.
• SAP Contract Management.
• Billing.
• Cash Collection.
• Bank statement related accounting.
• AR open items investigation and clarification.
• Create Invoices in SAP and manage Email communication with BE Germany Managers.
• Validate information in timesheets and billing documentation (WIP before/after billing, write-off, identify errors) against SAP data.
• Sort out any uncertainties directly with EM.
• Create invoice proposal in SAP and send to SAP approval workflow.
• Send invoice to the customer. Possible handling of upload to supplier tools (ex. Ariba)
• Monitor emails and communicate with EMs over a mailbox.
• Contract Management
• Check contract-related documentation against the checklist to establish its correctness.
• Liaise with connected departments to solve possible unclarities and issues.
• Create a contract in SAP.
• Bank statement postings.
• Accounting postings of incoming and outgoing cash.
• Perform necessary corrections.
• Investigate and clarify AR open items on subledger accounts.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Economics/Accounting.
• Previous experience in Order to Cash or other Finance Operations process. (1-2 years).
• Proficient in English (C1-C2) and Medium/Advanced in German language (B2).
• Previous experience with Excel is a plus.
• Other skills and competencies required: good communication skills, team Player, flexible and open-minded, fast learner.
• Open minded towards current innovation tools and trends.
• Result-orientated, willing to work, dedicated, reliable, trustworthy, diplomacy.
• Able to prioritize tasks.
